Hesham Ashraf, an expert in human resources, brings over 15 years of experience in enhancing organizational performance for companies. He embarked on his professional journey in 2006 at Commercial International Bank (CIB) and since then, has been driving transformation and development in several world-leading companies. He joined Barclays Bank in 2007, leading significant developments in HR systems and business structures.
During the financial crisis, Hesham challenged himself by restructuring the bank, redefining staff numbers, career paths, and implementing new technological systems. He moved to Banque Misr to oversee recruitment, qualification, salaries, and benefits. He successfully launched an integrated payroll system and profit distribution during challenging times.
Later, he joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals and ABB, a global leader in energy and automation systems, where he participated in restructuring operations and established innovative HR systems. His consultancy experience is diverse, leading numerous successful projects across various industries. In 2020, he founded “Co-lab Consultancy,” offering sustainable and innovative solutions for organizational performance enhancement.
