Dina, a seasoned professional in the banking and business management world, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University. With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, she embarked on her professional journey at Arab Bank, later joining Banque du Caire, and finally the Egyptian Export Development Bank where she served as the Branch Manager in Sheikh Zayed. Throughout these years, Dina undertook various roles and responsibilities, gaining rich experiences in banking, customer service, anti-money laundering, and fraud detection and prevention.
Dina is driven by a passion for creative work within an environment that fosters innovation and encourages teamwork. She constantly strives to deliver the highest levels of customer service, whether for internal or external clients, with professionalism and respect. Dina also focuses on developing her skills and those of her team through various activities. Beyond the world of banking, she finds her passion in Arabic music where she performs as a singer, participating in numerous concerts at the Cairo Opera House and other theaters.
Dina’s mission is to always uphold the professional code of conduct during her service in the banking sector. She aims to educate her fellow bankers in what she excels at and learns daily from them for mutual benefit. She volunteers to be a reason for people’s ability to resist and combat the challenging aspects of life, whether they are work-related, health-related, or humanitarian.
