Yasmine Helal Hamed, the Chief Executive Officer of ADI Consumer Finance, is a visionary leader in the banking sector with over 20 years of experience. She began her banking career at Citibank in 2002, where she held various positions in Consumer Technology. In 2011, Yasmine was appointed Head of CitiPhone Contact Center and Retention Unit, later transitioning to a business role as e-Business Head in 2013. During Citibank Egypt N.A.’s acquisition by CIB in 2015, Yasmine managed customers’ digital migration and marketing for mobile wallet assignments as the Digital Optimization Manager. In 2017, she was selected by the board to communicate values and digital strategy to CIB employees. In 2018, she became Head of Digital Banking at ADIB, leading consumer digital transformation and mobile wallet rollout. In 2019, she joined the Central Bank of Egypt as Head of Strategy, FinTech, and Innovation.
Yasmine holds a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and Information Systems from the University of South Florida, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia. She also possesses several certifications in professional training, digital finance, and innovation.
