Nermin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Century University and is certified in Human Resources by the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) from Oakwood International Institute. Her professional journey includes senior roles in Human Resources regionally and globally in both local and multinational organizations such as ADIA (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), British American Tobacco, TYCO International, RAND, and Triple2 Agency. During her career, she led the development of all processes, systems, policies, and individual procedures. She successfully established performance development and workforce planning processes, utilizing internal and external development opportunities for employees, including job guidance and shadowing, and team leadership. She is also a certified assessor by a global company and designed and conducted assessment centers for all levels in the organization.
In 2015, Nermin transitioned from the corporate world to the consulting arena, leveraging her previous strategic/operational experience, focusing on three areas: Business Excellence Solutions, Operational Efficiency Solutions, and Business Development Solutions. She built strategies for numerous companies in various industries, translating visions and strategies into executable, value-added objectives that enhance performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement.
