Despite being visually impaired, I’ve achieved an outstanding academic record, ranking first in my graduating class. I furthered my education with specialized studies, culminating in a Master’s degree in Human Resources. My aim was to complement my practical experience in diverse HR fields, propelling me towards the pinnacle of professionalism in my role. My disability has never deterred me from dreaming big and ascending to new heights. I firmly believe that my resilience, dedication, positive attitude, and persistence will empower me to achieve unprecedented accomplishments.

I’ve worked across various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards and Benefits, Career Development, Employee Relations, HR Project Management, policy development, On-boarding, Change Management, Succession Planning, HR Strategies, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Structure, Competency Framework, leadership development, and Performance Management.
I’ve come to realize that my unwavering determination has molded me into a people-oriented individual who consistently feels a responsibility towards others. This realization led me to pursue a career focused on people partnerships. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked for multinational companies, such as SAP and Unilever, which have not only respected and supported my visual challenge but have also implemented diverse programs promoting inclusivity and fostering a tolerant work environment.
