Khaled Habib is the CEO of FFL (Fit For Life) Sustainable Development. He is also a professor of management at the American University, the Arab Academy, and Esselkala University. Khaled holds key roles in various governance committees, such as Deputy Chair of the Governance Committee for the restructuring of the General Authority for Social Insurance, and member of the Governance Committee appointed by the Prime Minister to prepare the Egyptian Governance Report for the African Union.
Khaled is the Chief Consultant for the Saudi Young Leaders 10X Program, in collaboration with the Saudi government’s Misk Foundation and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He has played a pivotal role in designing and launching the Presidential Program for Youth Leadership, aimed at creating a capable and qualified youth base for high-ranking government positions.
With a rich background in strategic planning, executive leadership, and corporate development, Khaled has extensive experience in various areas including restructuring, talent management, and executive leadership coaching. His expertise was honed through years of leadership in multinational companies across local, regional, and international markets.
Khaled is known for his inspiring talks and high-impact motivational speeches, especially among youth. As a certified management trainer from the American Management Association (AMA) Middle East, he has designed and conducted over 40 programs and 1000 training days for participants from diverse industries and countries.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Khaled is a renowned author, with several popular books to his name, including “Istamara 6”, “Patagonia”, “The Candidate”, and “Optimism”. These books have achieved significant sales figures and acclaim from readers.
Khaled’s extensive involvement in volunteer work includes contributions to various government initiatives, such as the Youth Ministry’s “Beginning of a Dream” project. He has also been a key figure in developing talent assessment and leadership programs for government agencies.
Khaled holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, an MBA with honors from the Arab Academy, and a Ph.D. from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. His doctoral research introduced a new theory in management, focusing on conflict management in matrix organizations in high-growth markets.
