Accomplishment Highlights:

  • Spearheaded market assessment, brand portfolio selection, and the application of tech solutions for a ghost kitchen project in Riyadh, KSA. Oversaw the fit-out process and manpower.
  • Successfully secured acquisitions for over 21 new Cilantro locations in 2021 and skillfully negotiated rent waivers during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, resulting in rent savings exceeding EGP 5 million.
  • Re-established and strengthened business relations with EIEC (EGP 5 million annual business) and ensured the execution of Cilantro kitchen at the American University in Cairo.
  • Introduced innovative catering, corporate catering, and coffee break packages.
